How to place international orders:

Welcome as an Elefun customer. If you are from Great Britain you can
order in the same way as Norwegian customers. There is always some questions about
this. The answeres of the most common follows:

Language:
We're sorry to tell that Elefun has no english-text version of our webshop at the
moment. Many english speaking customers figure it out anyway. But if you're not
at all able to understand it, please send us an e-mail. Then we can help you finish
the order.
Register:
To register you have to click "Ny kunde". It's important that you
select your right country! When you've registered your personal information you
can finish the order. Notice that the "Til kassen" button is the "Checkout" button.
Shipment and deliverytime:
We ship orders every day except sundays. If you order one day, you
can expect the order to be shipped the next.
Shipping cost:
The webshop cart calculate Norwegian shipping cost. Your correct shipping
cost will only be shown in your checkout window. Please note that all prices are
in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
What about Norwegian VAT?
In our webshop all prices are shown including VAT. This is removed when
you as an oversea customer click "Til Kasse". The total price will be calculated
with the right shipping cost, and without VAT.
Currency:
Elefun webshop shows all prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Customer rights:
Oversea customers has the same legal rights as our Norwegian costumers.
Payment:
In Elefun webshop you can pay with VISA and MasterCard. If you prefere
to pay with Paypal or banktransfere please ask, and we'll find a solution.

Velkommen som udenlandskunde hos elefun. Kunder fra Sverige og Danmark
kan bestille hos os på lige linje med vores norske kunder. Alligevel dukker der
gerne nogle spørgsmål op. Vi skal her besvare de typiske:

Registrering:
Registrering skal udføres ved at trykke på "Ny kunde". Her er det
specielt vigtigt at du vælger korrekt land.
Forsendelse og leveringstid:
Vi afsender varer alle dage pånær søndag. Leveringstiden til Sverige
og Danmark for brev og pakker er normalt 2-5 dage.
Fragtomkostninger:
Webshoppen beregner normalt Norsk fragt. Den korrekte forsendelse til
Sverige og Danmark vil kun vises når man går "Til Kassen".
Fjernes norsk moms?
Alle priser er vist med norsk moms, men udenlandske kunder skal selvfølgelig
ikke betale denne. Når man som udenlandsk kunde går "Til Kasse" vil totalprisen
automatisk beregnes med korrekt fragt og uden norsk moms.
Valuta:
Alle priser er vist i Norske kroner (NOK).
Vilkår:
Når du køber fra udlandet gælder nøjagtigt de samme betingelser for
handel og garanti som for vores norske kunder.
Betaling:
På elefuns webshop kan du benytte VISA og MasterCard som betalingsmiddel.
Skulle du foretrække at betale med Paypal, bankoverførsel eller efterkrav kan dette
aftales nærmere på forespørgsel.
